Regular Season (January 16th- December 14th)

• Tour cancellations made with less than 72 hours before the schedule date will be penalized 100%.
• Tour cancelations made 72 hours before the tour will be penalized 20%. (Administration Fee)
• Tour re-scheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advanced and it is subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is requested less than 72 hours the total cost of tour will have to be paid in full again.

• All Sailing/Sunset/fishing/Snorkeling tours must be paid in full 6 days before date of tour.
• Cancellation made with less than 72 hours are not refundable.
• Cancelations made 72 hours before the tour will be penalized 20%. (Administration Fee)

 

Peak Season (Land and Water tours) (December 15th through January 15th)

• All tours must be paid in full to reserve during these dates.
• Tour cancelations made during peak season are not refundable & rescheduling is not allowed.


GROUPS Packages (20 People & Up):

• Tours and transfers must be paid in full 30 days prior to scheduled date.

 

General:

• Children over 11 years pay full prices in all tours. Infants no charge 0-3 years old. 5-11 years old pay children’s rates.
• Tours cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If reschedule is not possible because of the weather, you will receive a 100% refund.
• There are no refunds for unused portions of packages, not shows, or no goes.
